Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Join the Impact Massachusetts to protest June 23 DNC fundraiser at Fenway Park

by: Pam Spaulding

Sun Jun 21, 2009 at 18:02:29 PM EDT

The big brains at the DNC, the White House and the gay orgs cannot stop the uprising at the grassroots level now. Paul Sousa, co-chair of Join The Impact MA is organizing a protest on June 23 (Tuesday) at Fenway Park. He will be on WFNX 101.7 discussing this tonight on "1 in 10", a New England LGBT radio show.

If you're in the area and want to make your voices heard, here are the details:

2nd DNC Fundraiser to be Protested in Boston on June 23rd

--  LGBT community expresses outrage --

BOSTON, Mass. (June 21st, 2009) - The Obama administration's decision to file a legal brief in support of the Defense Of Marriage Act (DOMA), in which same-sex marriage was compared to incestuous and underage marriage, has prompted widespread outrage from the LGBT community.

One of the many responses taken has been to boycott an LGBT fundraiser for the DNC on June 25th in Washington, D.C. as well as the threat of protest the day of.  The number of gay donors who say they will skip the fundraiser is rising as the president remains silent about the brief that has troubled the LGBT community.

...The tactic of protesting DNC fundraisers is now spreading.  Another DNC fundraiser will be held in Boston on June 23rd at Fenway Park starting at 5pm.  Join The Impact MA and local activists plan to protest in front of the entrance from 4:30pm till 5pm to bring awareness to the lack of Congressional and Presidential action on LGBT rights and particularly to the egregious DOMA legal brief.

"Quite frankly, our community has gained more in the past 6 days than we have in the past 6 months due to public criticism and the threat of protest.  If these are the only actions that our leaders respond to, then it's the actions we'll take.  We strongly urge President Obama and the Democrats in Congress to follow through on their promises of LGBT equality and most especially to take swift, concrete action on repealing DOMA." said Paul Sousa, co-chair of Join The Impact MA.

JTI MA Facebook page:

Host: JOIN THE IMPACT MASSACHUSETTS
Date: Tuesday, June 23, 2009
Time: 4:15pm - 5:00pm
Location: Fenway Park: Gate B Entrance
Street: Corner of Van Ness St. and Ipswich St.
City/Town: Boston, MA

As we've all seen, we've gotten more in the past 6 days for the LGBT community than we have in the past 6 months. Once this firestorm of criticism and public pressure began over the repugnant DOMA brief, we began hearing that the Hate Crimes bill may pass very soon. Then once the boycotting began of the DNC fundraiser in Washington, DC, we then learned about the relocation benefits memorandum which seemed to be a direction reaction to the boycott.

Money talks folks and we have a HUGE opportunity here. Putting on this protest will be emblematic of a larger issue at hand for the Obama administration and the Dems. No longer is the protest singled out just in Washington, DC, but now they're spreading. If the Obama administration and the Dems want to tamper down frustrations, the only way for them to do so will be to take concrete strong action to pass substantive LGBT civil rights measures. Let's make them do it!

DNC map of upcoming events
For those who are out of travel distance of DC or Boston, check out the DNC's webpage of upcoming events:
http://www.democrats.org/page/...

just note that
not all of those events are fundraisers.  some of them are actually more like community events, where handing out educational materials and talking directly to people would probably be more productive than an outright protest.

Paul also sponsors the "Don't FLIP FLOP on DOMA' campaign.

Sending pink flip flops with your own slogan to the Whitehouse.. and I know he is very interested in the GIll vs OPM GLAD case.

All useful protests should be held/done. Hope they get a good turn out.

Here is another new Facebook Group: with members up from 350 to over 400 just yesterday.

Democratic Party Boycott Until DOMA or DADT Are Repealed

It's the Hammer of JUSTICE,
It's the Bell of FREEDOM,
It's the Song about LOVE between,

...All over this Land.

Keep up the pressure!
It's obviously working! And if there's another big DNC fundraiser in LA or Vegas & they haven't yet started work on repealing DOMA & DADT along with getting UAFA & ENDA passed, I'll protest out west. :-)

Want to save marriage equality in Maine? Ask me how! ;-)

Hmm....July 24 in Atlanta . . .
There's a host of events, and we should be protesting at them all.

Or infiltrating them?

For example, the July 24 event in Atlanta also has a "celebrity" gold tournament with Dr. Julius Irving, etc.  I've half a mind to sing up for that and play wearing a pink T-shirt that reads:  "Gay and a Second Class Citizen in the USA" on the back and "FULL EQUALITY NOW" on the front.

Celebrity gold
I think maybe you meant "celebrity golf" but "celebrity gold" is almost certainly more accurate! I love it!

And I love the t-shirt idea too.

Every time these snakes in the grass rear up...
we should be there to demonstrate and expose them as the right centrist hustlers they are.

The looter rich much prefer working with Democrats like Obama and the Clintons - they're greedier, they fool more people and they're able to get away with a lot more than Republicans.

Right-Wing is still using Obama's words to rally hate against us
We can't just ignore Obama's derogatory words used to defame us. The Right-Wing is still using the hate brief in order to support their bigotry: http://www.freerepublic.com/fo...
