Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Sarah Palin "Keeping Low Profile" in Wisconsin

by: Louise

Fri Nov 06, 2009 at 17:15:00 PM EST

Honestly, how "low a profile" is it when CNN is reporting it???

Sigh... roll the film...

Former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is set to deliver remarks at a Wisconsin Right to Life event Friday evening, one of the few speeches the former Republican presidential nominee will have given since she resigned the governorship last summer.

But Palin appears to be doing her best to keep a low profile on this trip: no press will be allowed into the Milwaukee auditorium where she will speak and those who have paid the $30 admittance fee are unable to carry in cell phones, cameras, laptops, or recording devices of any kind.

Wisconsin Democratic Party Chairman Mike Tate told the Wisconsin Radio Network he finds all these restrictions "bizarre."

"You know, for someone who claims to be a rogue and isn't afraid of what other people think it really is sort of hypocritical to not let the media, the press cover your event."

No kidding...

"The Rouge Rogue" no-no list:

•No cell phones
•No recording devices
•No video or still cameras
•No laptops
•No photos or recording allowed
•No literature distribution
•No posters or banners
•No strollers or car seats
•No carry-in food or beverages

Nothing like some delusional paranoia
Keeps things interesting.

Yeah, she claims to be so bold
and has nothing to hide.

Guess that ship has sailed.

Love the logic
Palin giving a closed speech means she has something to hide. But the health care bill being written behind closed doors in secret meetings doesn't get a mention here.

And its a Wisconsin Right to Life event. It never says who made the list of what is, and isn't allowed. And who cares? Someone is going to sneak in a cell camera. That is inevitable. No one is getting strip searched and cavity searched.

Okay
I just put up a post regarding the health care bill with links to the bill and live stream; am watching the debate on C-SPAN right now.

Freedom Certainly has its price...
Call it what it is: Gestapo Politics. But I doubt people will begin to recognize it all until they actually start wearing armbands and putting their children in Uniform as extra "security".

Always thinking about it...

wow...
i don't think even the KGB had a list like that when Stalin was speaking...

They've forgot one thing on their list of noes...
...no brain.

That's a given.
Those with a functioning brain wouldn't consider attending.

If it looks like a Klan rally...
...and WALKS like a Klan rally...
...and QUACKS like a Klan rally...

Furthermore:  How long is this little confab going to take?  I would be VERY suspect about "No carry-in food!"  What're they trying to hide there?

Dare we hope...

Digital Recorders are small these days...
I have one in a pair of wire-rim eyeglasses and another in a clear Bic pen.  You can't tell by looking at either device that it is an audio recorder that is capable of recording 45 hours of high-quality digital audio -- you can even write with the pen or put prescription lenses in the eyeglasses.

These devices don't even have pushbuttons or switches of any kind, they have internal reed-switches that are activated with a small magnet which you can leave at home since they record nearly two days worth of audio.

I don't have this model, but there is also one that looks exactly like an in-the-ear hearing aid.

I'm sorry, but in this day and age, you can not prevent someone from recording every word you say; you have to assume they are.

*Cue Twilight Zone Theme*
Sarah Palin has OFFICIALLY passed "paranoid schizophrenic" AND collected her $200!

She should be staying low profile
She's probably collecting herself after a long and embarassing 18 months to be honest. Plus a bit of solitude can do wonders for the soul.

Wisconsin's a good place for her.
She wants to be the big cheese, doesn't she?  And, like a good Swiss cheese, everything she says is full of holes.

I am not interested in picking up crumbs of compassion thrown from the table of someone who considers himself my master. I want the full menu of rights.  -Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Plus
she keeps quitting and coming back like a certain ex-Green Bay QB, equally addicted to the media...

"It goes on one at a time, it starts when you care to act, it starts when you do it again after they said no, it starts when you say We and know who you mean, and each day you mean one more."

[ Parent ]
Heck no!
Not in my state! Our cheese is too good for her anyway, she probably wouldn't even know what to do with it.

[ Parent ]
NO!
This is her definition of Freedom of Speech:

•No cell phones
•No recording devices
•No video or still cameras
•No laptops
•No photos or recording allowed
•No literature distribution
•No posters or banners
•No strollers or car seats
•No carry-in food or beverages

She obviously does NOT believe in Freedom of the Press!!!

offspring311 is entirely correct, Palin is desperate to hide her true self from the American people.

If I lived there, I would go in wearing a hidden camera, or at least a hidden microphone!

It's obvious why
This way, she (thinks she can) say whatever she wants, and if anyone objects to it, she can claim to be misquoted or taken out of context. Meanwhile, she gets to dogwhistle to her fans however she wants.

There was a time when self-respecting investigative reporters would have moved heaven and earth to get into something like this. Now, yawns.

Odd that the "gay marriage for other people will infringe on my first amendment rights" are perfectly okay with "no recording devices or press access" idea.

Umm...because she doesn't want to follow in Bush's footsteps...

Where every stupid thing she says ends up on a poster in the U.K. making fun of the low IQ of Americans...

Or even worse, IN THE MOUTH OF TINA FEY.

No Strollers?
That seems harsh. Are her fans supposed to carry the babies for hours?

Why not?
She certainly lugged baby Prop Trig around everywhere, when she wasn't passing him off to Bristol, for practice, I suppose.

Sarah Palin
What, no getting naked and having your cavities probed? Are you sure? I'm not worried, just disappointed. Maybe that comes with the $150 ticket.
