Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Darth: my office isn't part of the executive branch

Geez almighty --  we all know that the VP thinks he's above the law, but he thumbs his nose to boot. Cheney Chief of Staff David Addington wrote to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform that the office of the vice president doesn't have to comply with standards regarding protection of national security data. (Raw Story):
The Office of Vice President Dick Cheney told an agency within the National Archives that for purposes of securing classified information, the Vice President's office is not an 'entity within the executive branch' according to a letter released Thursday by the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

'The Oversight Committee has learned that over the objections of the National Archives, you exempted the Office of the Vice President from the presidential executive order that establishes a uniform, government-wide system for safeguarding classified national security information," Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA), the Committee's chairman, wrote in a letter to Cheney. "Your decision to exempt your office from the President's order is problematic because it could place national security secrets at risk. It is also hard to understand given the history of security breaches involving officials in your office."

*Ksssshhhh* Whiskey Tango Foxtrot?
Not part of the exectuive branch? What the hell branch does he think he's in?

Haven't you heard?
He and his office are part of the new "imperial" branch.

He's working 2 jobs, why are they picking on him?

Undisclosed Location
Maybe he's in an alternate universe.  And the only time his and ours come into contact is when he's bothered by some pesky letter form a Senator, a government official or some other nobody.

"In order to maintain an untenable position, you have to be actively ignorant."  The Colbert Report

Well, technically...
Since he's actually the Executive Office, he probably feels his office isn't some subservient part of it. We just read his comments wrong. Snark snark snark.

Guess they'll have to change whitehouse.gov now to reflect this organizational change.

Curses! My million dollar ideas foiled again: "God Bless Your Brand!" http://www.christvertising.com/

That's preposterous...
Darth: my office isn't part of the executive branch

The vice-presidency is provided for in Article II of the Constitution--the executive branch.  That the VP may have some duties in connection with the legislative branch (as president of the Senate) is pretty much irrelevant.

Which reminds me...
"the VP may have some duties in connection with the legislative branch (as president of the Senate)"

Shouldn't this give some leverage to the majority party of the Senate to compel him to testify or...?  After all, Article I, Section 5 of the Constitution reads:

"Each House may determine the rules of its proceedings, punish its members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member"

If Dickubus is not part of the executive, then he's part of the legislative.

Just a thought.
