All the offensive quotations were from Billy Budd, a modern adaptation  of the Herman Melville novella by playwrights Louis O. Coxe and Robert Chapman.  Melville wrote the story shortly before his death in 1891 after a long dry period  of wrestling with religious and social questions. It is a profound statement.  A moving story. A morality play.

I only found one picture.

I used Google and got this image, I think that he's the guy on the right, but it doesn't seem to be on the page which referred it for some odd reason.  Hmmm, I wonder what that could be...
As for the cops, maybe they realized that he was too much man for them.

1) he'll claim addiction to pain meds, and that they made him crazy

2) he'll join a 12-step program 

3) he'll turn fire and brimstone against drug abusers like he supposedly once was

4) he will be defended by Christianists and commended for his "honesty."

5) he'll appear as the "author" of a ghost-written book about his nightmarish experiences

6) he will be forgiven by his church and community because he's "one of us."

Thomas Tester, 58, of 17426 Hobbs Road, is charged with indecent exposure and drunken driving. According to an incident report, he “offered to give two officers oral sex.” Dressed in a skirt, Tester then got out of his Toyota Camry sedan and urinated in the wash bay at the Belmont Car Wash at 308 South Belmont St. After a search of his car, police found a half-full bottle of vodka and an empty prescription bottle that at one time contained Oxycodone, a pain killer, in the floorboard of his car. He was taken to the Washington County Detention Center.
