The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."
He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior."
(CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)
Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego)."Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008
Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:
A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist." (Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)
"A nutty lesbian blogger." (MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)
Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

We have an update on that Values Voter Debate -- guess who's not showing up in Fort Lauderdale on Monday to take questions from the fundamentalist set (led by WND's Joseph Farah):In addition to Keyes, Republicans participating include Sam Brownback, Mike Huckabee, Duncan Hunter, Ron Paul, Tom Tancredo and John Cox. Candidates who declined are Rudy Giuliani, John McCain, Mitt Romney and Fred Thompson.
...The three-hour event begins at 7:30 p.m. Eastern, and will be broadcast live on Sky Angel and Dish Network channel 262, and will also be streamed live on websites including ValuesVoterDebate.com and the American Family Association. Gee, why would they decline? Oooh -- are they afraid of The Base? Those voters that are needed to elect the next Republican president?
Joseph Farah of WND is steaming (and I'm sure the rest of the professional persecuted "Christian" set is as well) . While I wasn't going to vote for Romney or Giuliani or McCain under any circumstances, I would have considered voting for Thompson vs. Hillary. I'm not so sure anymore.
Isn't it amazing how scheduling conflicts and other business kept all four of these so-called front-runners from talking directly to people like Donald Wildmon and James Dobson and Paul Weyrich and Rick Scarborough?
Isn't it amazing they all have more important things to do to get elected president than to meet face to face with Christian and Jewish leaders who represent millions and millions of votes?
I tell you it is gut-wrenching fear that kept them away.
They are scared to death of the questions. They're scared to death they won't have a good answer. They're scared to death they might say something they will live to regret.
So, all four of the "front-runners" have decided "to play it safe."
Playing it safe means not showing up, making excuses for their absence and hoping they really can take all those values voters for granted. Surely, they will not vote for Hillary! Surely, they won't sit on their hands. I would like to rub it in and say that at least the Dems had the guts to show up and take questions on LGBT issues at the HRC/Logo forum -- another demo that could have easily been taken for granted. The GOP frontrunners couldn't even face what they all know is an essential constituency to win over. They are thumbing their noses at the fundies as if associating with them is like lying down with the dogs and coming up with fleas.
Another tasty serving of schadenfreude please. |
