Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Jerry Sanders' daughter on her father's support of marriage equality

by: Pam Spaulding

Fri Sep 21, 2007 at 10:00:00 AM EDT

Rex Wockner managed to speak with the daughter of Republican San Diego Mayor Jerry Sanders, Lisa, who had not spoken to the press since her father came out in favor of marriage equality -- and revealed that she was gay during his statement.

Intrepid Rex attended Mayor Sanders' re-election campaign kickoff, and approached her. She said:
"I'm just very proud of my father. And to be a part of this. It's about equality, and he's doing the right thing, and I'm very confident in him."
Surf over because Rex has photos at his pad.

frivolous comment but true.
she is way hotter than mary cheney.

Mary Cheney couldn't be hot because of what she embodies.

[ Parent ]
You're right.
"Mary Cheney" and "hot" should not be placed in the same sentence. I fully admit my error.

[ Parent ]
Chrissy Gephardt and Portia (Porsh) Di Rossi

Chrissy Gephardt and Porsh are hot....and so is Julie Chypher...(Melissa's ex), ok and Honey Labrador...

and my friend Collette Jackson....

That's my list. And I"m a straight woman. These are glossy types.

If I had to describe the pretty, huggable, cozy and ultra smart women I know-that would be my friends like Karen Ocamb, Cleo King.

And of course, Pam and Kate.....one of these days I will travel back to NC and visit you two.

I know Rex very well. And bravo to him for covering this and talking to Sander's daughter.  My heart truly warms when parents do this. This is as it should be. Now, Alan Keyes should take a cue from PFLAG parents.

But I suppose throwing his daughter under a bus has more political expedience than just having a quiet and non confrontation life his damn self.

The parents who come out in front like this cannot be publicized or supported too much. Again, the conservative crybabies love to carry on about the mythical pressure from the gay mafia, but the reality is that the straight parents, siblings and best friends of gays and lesbians (including myself), have learned how to articulate what needs to be said and have become very effective in telling said conservative crybabies where to stick it.  I dont have a child or sibling or any close family in this. It's just me and my big mouthed outrage at the hypocrisy and unnecessary damage that's being done. Pam knows, intelligent black women are scary people.  On one hand we have often experienced the outrage of prejudice in more subtle and infuriating forms.

I can relate and empathize without actually being gay or being hit in the face with more overt acts of bias, like the terrible killings that are reported.

If the freepie are threatened more by the marriage of a beautiful and accomplished couple like Ellen and Porsh, more than someone like  the multiply divorced and adulterous lawmakers in our country, than shame on them.

Cheney has been your typical breed of confidence man. Parade Mary around enough to give the gay voters a token to point to,  then pull the rug out altogether.

It's a traditon. Even Saunders, with this very public gesture, might hedge the vote. But I'd want to see him take this to the governor of CA where it can have the most impact.
