Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

McCain beds down with Rod 'imprison adulterers' Parsley

by: Pam Spaulding

Fri Feb 29, 2008 at 08:00:00 AM EST

It's hard to top this suck up in the irony department. Rod Parsley, founder and president of "The Center for Moral Clarity" and leader of the fringe "Patriot Pastors" movement was joined at the hip with John McCain this week as the GOP Tool sought to mend relations with the bible-beating set.

Back in Feb 2007, Parsley had a boner after a Michigan court ruled that anyone involved in an extramarital fling can be prosecuted for first-degree criminal sexual conduct. I wonder if he and the divorced adulterer McCain discussed the matter. Pastor Rod:

"Adultery is a violation of biblical instruction as well as an offense against the other partner in what should be a sacred relationship. Furthermore, the breach of faith is disastrous to children - as well as the broader society," said Pastor Rod Parsley. "Too many men and women are willing to surrender to passion and desires of the flesh without considering the repercussions of those fleeting moments of pleasure."

...Adulterous behavior is just as wrong - just as much a sin - as lying, cheating, stealing and murder. Yet in 21st century America, there seems to be few consequences for a "harmless" fling on the side....Perhaps court systems across the nation should treat adultery for what it truly is: lying, cheating and stealing.

People For the American Way reports on some other fun facts about Parsley, a man called by The Tool as a "spiritual guide."
  • called hate crimes legislation a "deceptive ploy of [the] liberal, homosexual agenda."
  • compared Planned Parenthood to the Nazis.
  • declared "I came to incite a riot! Man your battle stations! Ready your weapons! Lock and load!" at a "War on Christians" conference.
  • urged voters to "let the Reformation begin! Shout it like you're going to carry the blood-stained banner of the cross of Christ the length and breadth of the Buckeye State!" at a political rally.

We are the "enemy within"
...and the war against us has begun. Two dead, one beaten severly in the last two weeks that we know of and more to come if McCain gives a platform and credibility to these "culture warriors for Christ" waving their "bloody banner"

I have a feeling that in the end this will be the costliest election in history in terms of gay casualties. LGBT websites ought to keep a casuality count in a border to remind us....

Already keep a count for TG murder victims
http://www.gender.org/remember...  Remembering Our Dead, up since 1998.  Maybe it's time for GLB people to start their own list.

No we need one combined list in addition to the T list
Too much of T exclusion already.
There needs to be a T list for as long as we shamefully permit T rights to lag decades behind us.

But we need a combined list of dead and injured.

Perhaps then Americans will look at the bill that the election campaigns of Republicans present. We are the ones paying it.

The white trash party may be over
I think the redneck beer swilling white trash picnic may have some "ants"...one major reason Obama is doing so well is that the youth vote is coming out in droves for him. Hopefully in a year or two, these phony kristians will be a memory.

They won't go quietly and they will not be a memory for years
The Right is not done for. Too much of this nation outside of cosmopolitan Massachusetts, New York and California has strong evangelical forces, exemplified by the Marriage Amendments passed. Home schooling to create a next generation of "true believers" is on the rise. They have their own Universities and Law Schools.

It will be years til their power fades,,,

Marriage Amendments
It is a shame that people in the states that have them have placed discrimination in their state constitutions.  Meanwhile other states are working on passage of one form or another, CU or DP or Mass. with Marriage.

They will claim the sky is falling and the world is coming to an end in these states, which will all be proven false.  I know that is how we beat these people is by proving them wrong.

I am sure the Gay Boggyman will be brought out sometime this election cycle for the nation to see once again.  Positive things can happen if the politicians we hope to win are prepared to answer the outlandish crys with truth.

Florida will be a good stage to see how the candidates respond to a marriage amendment.

IMHO if politicians and groups like Equality Florida and NCLR can work side by side, the ammendment will be defeated.
If the truth of why it is discriminating is voiced truthfully, the homobigots will go to the crazy extremes like they did in Mass. and the bigots lose much of their credibility.

If I make sense? it was quite by accident.

Subversion of a free country....
This is a serious step back towards the "Dark Ages" and subversions of our country, it's constitution and the ideals of a free people. A step backwards, towards religious oppression and repression.

It is repression, because it my spiritial belief and understanding, that my orientation has nothing to do with my physical body which is carnality and that it does not designate to me who I love. Who I love, in truth and in spirit, comes from the heart.
It is oppression because of it's suppressive nature, to put a peoples under an authoritative rule of a religious nature. As defining marriage between one woman and one man, which is authoritative rules that put a specific peoples under an authoritative rule that singles those person out from the general public, i.e. discrimination. a violation of the civil rights act of 1964 and 1991 and violates separation of church and state.

(2 Cor 10:7 KJV) Do ye look on things after the outward appearance? if any man trust to himself that he is Christ's, let him of himself think this again, that, as he is Christ's, even so are we Christ's.

(2 Cor 10:7 New KJV) Do you look at things according to the outward appearance? If anyone is convinced in himself that he is Christ’s, let him again consider this in himself, that just as he is Christ’s, even so we are Christ’s.

( 1 Cor 2:13) Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.

I'd rather be a lion for one day, than a sheep for my entire life.

"divorced [and remarried] adulterer McCain"
"Adultery is a violation of biblical instruction as well as an offense against the other partner in what should be a sacred relationship. Furthermore, the breach of faith is disastrous to children - as well as the broader society," said Pastor Rod Parsley.

As per the Biblical God, as Jesus:
Luke 16:18 "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

So basically, living the unrepentant adulterous lifestyle is not a "violation of biblical instruction" as long as it's in the non-"disastrous to children" form of divorce and remarriage.

Hmm, I wonder what the Bible has to say on tha..oh that's right:

Luke 16:18 "Anyone who divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery, and the man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery.

oooh boy
Perhaps court systems across the nation should treat adultery for what it truly is: lying, cheating and stealing.

i wonder if any straight people out there there out the, "it's nobody's business what goes on in my bedroom" when michigan passed that law.  and i wonder how many of them know that gay people have been saying that for years.  welcome to our side of the fence, bitches!

sean

Rod is the subject of a federal investigation...
...and he's guilty as hell.  Not exactly the kind of person a sane person would accept an endorsement from.  Perhaps poppy Bush was right when he said McCain was half nuts.  No, let me rephrase that, drop the 'perhaps'.

The Gay Bogeyman is being used right now.
Multiple states have marriage amendments or other restrictions upon LGBT rights being brought forth as issues to mobilize the Evangelical base.

The Republicans need to sell participation in the election; once again it is time for the "Gay Scare."

And more people will die. Our People.

But this time, let us hold the people who loaded the guns responsible, not just those who pulled the trigger.
Let's be honest about who is really killing us.

The tacticians and the politicians of the Right.
The "Religious Leaders" who pick and choose which "abominations" in Leviticus they wish to condemn with fervor.
The Log Cabin Republicans who make common cause with the executioners and in some cases have planned their strategies.

In this election cycle there is already blood upon their hands.
Will we pretend to not notice it after this election is over, as we did in 2004?

I will notice it.
I will use my talents and skills to shout to the world that they are responsible for the dead.
Who will join me?
Who else will hold them accountable?

I tell you Chica that no greater abomination exists than women denying their spirit of sisterhood and instead becoming the oppressor. -Rebeca, Universidad Complutense de Madrid

The Gay Bogeyman? Is that the same bogeyman as...

what people think and fear when they think about "coming out"? I had a "gay" bogeyman too, for 50 years, and the bogeyman was myself, that kept me afraid and fearful about what "people would say" while the "gay" bogeyman kept me in fear and I never enjoyed life. Everytime I went "out", I got the same feelings the next day and ran like hell to the closet again. Denial(refusal to satisfy a request or desire) can keep you in the closet but accepting yourself as who you are will free you from the "gay bogeyman".

FEAR ! What a horrible thing. It keeps people in a prison inside their soul. I feel for them and I just want them to know, it's alright to be who you are. As Ellen said, it's ok to be gay. It's alright if you've stolen, it's alright if you said God Damn, it's alrigh if you lusted after that man or that woman, it's alright if you coveted after your neighhors new car or their spouse. It's ok to live no matter who you are inside or what you feel. We all do those things, what really matters is who we love. Love is all that matters, let no one or anything stand in your way. Don't waste you life, your free to be you.

54 years of misery, if you want to know what it's like not to "come out". If you wonder where is that fleeting "beauty of life", that "happiness", that "life is a wonderful thing". It's being you, "coming out" and being you if your living in the closet. It's living in truth, openly and honestly. That's where the "happiness" is, being you.

Yes, I was fired from my job, but you can prepare for that to. Become self employed or something. There's no comparison of my life before and after. I am now happy inside, everyday. When I step outside my door in the morning in my heels and skirt, my long wavy hair and lipstick, I feel wonderful. I still have my trials and the world hasn't changed, only I have. Smiles... I will join you Maura...

I'd rather be a lion for one day, than a sheep for my entire life.
