Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Florida gov Charlie Crist: leave ban on adoption rights for gays on the books

by: Pam Spaulding

Well this takes some cojones, doesn't it? Florida's governor and media-touted possible VP pick for John McCain, the popular and dapper Charlie Crist, believes that children in need of loving homes should not be adopted by gay and lesbian couples. He is opposed to a new bill introduced into Sunshine State's legislature that would overturn the ban.
Hoping to reverse a three decades old ban on adoptions by gay and lesbian couples because of their sexual orientation, state Senator Nan Rich of Weston has introduced a new bill that would instruct judges to consider the child's best when placing them in permanent homes.

Under Rich's bill, gay foster parents would be allowed to adopt children if a judge rules it's in the child's best interest. Also, a gay adult would be considered a potential adoptive parent if he or she were the legal guardian of the child whose parents had died.

...Those who have opposed changing the ban include Governor Charlie Crist, who has publicly supported civil unions between gay couples, and state Senator Ronda Storms of Brandon, who ran for office on a pledge to prevent gays from being foster parents.

How European
Very European of him to support civil unions but be opposed to adoption.

He is another tap tapper
How long will it be before someone spills the beans on his sexuality ?

Norway
Did anyone notice that the Norwegian govt. has introduced a bill to allow full marriage for gays and lesbians (they have civil unions now), including adoption and help with pregnancy for lesbians?  There's a good chance it will pass in some form and then we'll see the Scandinavian dominoes fall, which will pressure Germany and then the rest of the European Union. . .

"In order to maintain an untenable position, you have to be actively ignorant."  The Colbert Report

"Oh, i might get picked to run for VP?
"I'd better do something good n' homophobic then!"

yes, the "compassionate" conservative,
which in FL apparently means: hey, you gay people.  we want your children to be as legally insecure as possible.  but we love ya (just not your sin)!  here, we'll prove it - "we" think that you should have a fake marriage (but at some vague future time...when it's convenient...for republicans).  god bless!

un focking believable
where the hell did this come from?
I mean really, we are the last focking state with a flat out ban!
It's not like there is not SOLID evidence that the gay parents are good parents.
This has got to be nothing but political bullshit.
Crist knows what is best for the children of Florida... but under the bus they go.....
Man, I hope we level some serious payback.

Politics
He's just doing this because he wants to be VP OR swing the Florida vote to Repuckicans.  He couldn't do that if it looked like he "supported Homos".

Why am I thinking McGreevy with a tan
Power seems to go along with the power down below on young men...The resurrection........

He says he not gay
But so many young men have come forward saying he is.

You gotta love Governor Closet Case
That man has done more hypocritical things than most closet cases.  The people in Florida know that their governor is a closet case (whether he is homosexual or bisexual is another discussion), but he is not heterosexual.  So this sustaining of this ban on same-sex couples adoption is just tell-taling.

The bill won't even get out of committee
"The bill has been assigned to a Senate committee headed by Sen. Ronda Storms (R) who ran on a platform of opposing same-sex marriage and maintaining the adoption ban.
...
Storms said Wednesday she has no intention of letting the legislation come to a vote in committee. There are more than 3900 children are in Florida's foster care system awaiting permanent homes. The ban was passed in 1977 in response to Anita Bryant's infamous anti-gay campaign."

Storms is from the Tampa area and was the then county Commissioner who spearheaded Tampa not supporting Gay Pride several years back.  She's gonna lose this bill in the committee room, maybe not even a hearing.
