The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend: "a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."
He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior."
(CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)
Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).
"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008
Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:
A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist." (Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)
"A nutty lesbian blogger." (MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)
Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

In mid-June, someone leaked the video to the press of Duanna Johnson being beaten by Memphis, Tennessee police officers. So in a public reaction that doesn't seem be one of keeping priorities in perspective, on of the Memphis PD's public responses has been to start an investigation to find out how the videotape was leaked to an attorney.
So here, a few weeks out from the video being released of Duanna's February 12th beating by police, there has a homicide of an African-American transgender woman, her body was found by a daycare employee, steps away from a where the employee worked. The location where the body was found is near an abandoned apartment complex and a strip club.
Another news outlet describes the victim by her male name, and mentions that prostitution is suspected to be common in the area.
The Tennessee Transgender Political Coalition posted a press release this morning, where they stated:
Last night, local media in Memphis reported yet another murder of an African American, transgender woman in Memphis. The victim was been identified by the legal name of Rodney Whitaker, age 20.
..."We consider these two recent crimes, combined with the still unsolved murder of another African American transgender woman, Tiffany Berry on February 16, 2006, to be totally unacceptable. The lack of response by the Memphis Police Department and the Shelby County to the beating of Duanna Johnson has set a tone in the community that the lives of transgender people, especially African American transwomen, are irrelevant," said Dr. Marisa Richmond, President of TTPC.
"We insist that local authorities aggressively investigate and prosecute these and other hate crimes against transgender, as well as gay, lesbian, and bisexual, people. It is also time for the State of Tennessee to add 'gender identity or expression' to the Hate Crimes Enhancement Factors in Tennessee Code Annotated 40-35-114 (23), and for the Federal Government to pass the Matthew Shepard Hate Crimes Act," continued Richmond.
With the most recent homicide victim being both African-American and transgender, and was implied to be involved with sex work (as all three elements were involved in the story of Duanna Johnson, the recent recipient of a police beating), why do have low hopes that this murder will be solved? Does anyone really expect the Memphis PD to investigate this killing with due diligence?
Perhaps the Memphis PD was planning on putting their best effort forward in solving this crime. However, the difficulty here is that we can imply from the video evidence that shows Duanna Johnson being held by one police officer while being beaten by another police officer -- and from how the Memphis PD is investigating with due diligence the release of this video in an apparent effort to make sure no other reputation damaging videos are released to the public -- don't really give too much of a sh_t about African-American transgender women these police suspect of being involved in sex work. Basically, their previous actions just have left many of us with low expectations of justice being served by the Memphis PD with regards to this recent murder.
