The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

NJ: GOP web site - 'Obama loves America like OJ loved Nicole?'

by: Pam Spaulding

Ho-ly sh*t. Thank goodness for the folks at Blue Jersey, who did a screen cap of this bit of good taste in race relations before someone at the Pemberton and Burlington County GOP decided to do a little scrubbing of its web site. Jason Springer of Blue Jersey:

Ah, what a tasteful municipal party message.  Do you notice the creative graphic, "Obama loves America like OJ loved Nicole?"   Now they can't say they just put it up there because there is a little note that the last time the page was updated was June 24, meaning this was up on their site for at least two weeks.  Well Burlington County Democratic Chairman Rick Perr called them out on their blatant hate and magically, the graphic is gone...

Now I don't want to hear it's only about redneck bigots in the South engaging in this garbage. I lived in NYC, and bottom-feeders of this kind can be found all over this country -- only the regional accents differ when it comes to low-class, low-rent ignorant bile.

There are racists in northern states...what a revelation
Having lived in Minnesota and now I reside in Louisiana the racial difference I see in North and South, is quanity of racists, (the "quality" of racists is the same.) Otherwise decent people I know in Louisiana, use racial epitaths casually, and it's both Blacks and Whites I know in Louisiana, who use reprehensible language. So what is not tollerated by civilized society up North, is just silently condoned in the South. Perhaps up North people think just as racist sh*t or even say sh*t in their homes, but in Public I just didn't hear slurs like here.

yeah...that's Louisiana
My dads side of family lives in Louisiana.  I grew up around it and I can't figure out how I turned out like I have.  I can't make myself go back and deal with the casual racist language again, though.  It's a very short leap to homophobic rantings.

There's a lot of that going around.
Thanks to Fox, a lot of people probably got this message from their grandparents:
http://theblessedhomekeeper.bl...
This blog entry was written by a self-loathing woman, you know the type-she's so religious that she thinks that she's just a vagina that knows how to cook and clean the house.  She also seems to think that she's politically astute because she "researched" the claims here, I suspect that either she's lying (not that a good christian lady would ever do anything like that) or she researched it at Free Republic and the Fox site.  What it seems to always boil down to is that he's too proud of his black heritage and isn't proud of his white family.  Particularly odious though are things like this:
THE PRESIDENCY IS NOT A CIVIL RIGHTS POSITION, NOR IS IT SUBJECT TO AFFIRMATIVE ACTION SET ASIDES; ON-THE-JOB TRAINING WON'T CUT IT.

HE IS PROUD OF HIS 'AFRICAN HERITAGE' (A FATHER WHO GOT A WHITE GIRL PREGNANT AND DESERTED HER).

Sean Hannity and the people who came up with this (I'm sure that it really was a random caller, yep.  Fox is fair and balanced after all and the White House press secretaries never seem to be reading the Fox teleprompter) really are a piece of work.

My America includes LGBT families.

ARGHHHH!!!!
My beloved hometown makes it to The Blend, and it's THIS!!  I apologize to all who read this, really, Pembertonians are not all racists.  Pemberton Township is a very diverse community and a great place to raise children.

Call it like ya see it
I don't understand why they just didn't say "don't vote for the Ni**er". I hate that word with all my passion, but you know that's what they mean. It is the same with anyone who says "I just don't like Obama", you ask them why, they just repeat "I just don't like him" or "there's just something about him". This is what a lady I work with said yesterday and I replied to "there's just something about him" with
"you mean the color of his skin?" and just walked away. Because you know that's what they mean!!!

See this video of the GOP's "favored son" George Allen

where is your favored son now?

where is your poster boy now?

we can do the same analogy with your PRIMO mexican hater J D Hayworth

where is he now?

in 2006 what felt like a "thumping" was a love-pat compared to the white hot poker Democrats will shove up your Repig a$$es in 2008

HOLY CRAP
That's MY county!  I live about 4 miles from Pemberton!

I can't say I'm shocked though - Pemberton is full of ignorant rednecks - and they're all at Wal-Mart on Route 38.  (Of course, Pemberton is home to many perfectly delightful people too.)

And to the point of some other comments, too true - the North is full of racism too.  In fact, I've lived here and the deep south, and the racism is much more open and nasty here.

All black men are alike
Or at least that's what the GOP would have the country believe if it made sure Obama didn't get elected. Clever how the large type in the graphic reads "Obama Like OJ". The racists and media in this country have tried to portray all black men as the boogey man hiding under the white people's beds, and that meme is in full force with the campaign against Obama. The ironic thing is that the Repubs don't see themselves as racist. They're only using race to get their old white guy elected, but really aren't racists themselves. Pathetic.

just like all gays are like the flaming queens seen in pride parades.
those haters just looove to use those oooooh, scary! stereotypes.

Like the first wife....he'll abandon you and his kids when you are disabled and disfigured, cuz he wants to feel 25yo at 40yo....mid-life crisis much?

or like his second wife....shut up c*nt!

It's the percentages
sure redneck racists are everywhere, but in North Carolina the elect Jesse Helms - because in the South they are the majority.

Well, they also elected John Edwards,
didn't they?

[ Parent ]
Ya know
It's stuff like this that has motivated me to volunteer as much time as I can at the my county's Democratic Headquarters.

We not only need to get a Democrat in the White House, we need to get as many progressives as we can in local and state level positions, as well as in Congress.

"as well as in Congress"
That's for sure!  If there were more Feingolds and fewer Feinsteins (or Mikulskis, or Inouyes, or Nelsons for that matter) the FISA amendments would haven't ever been considered and instead by now ShrubCo. would have been thrown out of office and be facing war crimes charges.

Speaking of FOX.... I would like to put this here.
Why go for 500,000  ... lets go for 1,000.000 signatures.. delivered to FOX doorstep.

Dear MoveOn member,

Last week, we kicked off a campaign to stop FOX from launching racist and hate-filled smears against Barack and Michelle Obama.

Good news: Over 428,000 people have signed a message protesting FOX. That's unprecedented-thanks for signing! Early next week, our partners at ColorOfChange.org will hold a major event to deliver boxes and boxes of petition signatures to FOX's headquarters.

Other media outlets will be invited to cover this event. If we can deliver half-a-million signatures, this becomes a much more powerful media story. And when that happens, FOX's advertisers will get the hint that it's not a good idea to associate their products with FOX's hate-speech.

Can you help us get to half-a-million signatures by the time of the big delivery next week by forwarding this message to 5 friends today? They can just click here to sign:

https://pol.moveon.org/donate/...

The petition reads: "FOX must stop injecting racism, prejudice, and fear into our political dialogue. We intend to hold FOX, its advertisers, and its personalities accountable for FOX's attempts to smear the Obamas."

Will you sign,  I have and forwarded to ALL my contacts.

It's the Hammer of JUSTICE,
It's the Bell of FREEDOM,
It's the Song about LOVE between,
my Brothers and my Sisters
...All over this Land.
