Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Hockey mom Palin booed at Flyers game in Philly

by: Pam Spaulding

Sat Oct 11, 2008 at 22:00:00 PM EDT

That Jane Six-Pack hokey sh*t doesn't fly in Philly. Sarah Palin was booed as she took to the ice at a Philadelphia Flyers hockey game.

Lynn Zinser @ the NYT blog:

Let me start this off by saying, I would object to this sideshow whichever political party it involved. Having vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin drop the ceremonial first puck at the Flyers' opener Saturday night was problematic not because it was Palin - Flyers owner Ed Snider's decision under the flimsy excuse of "honoring" hockey moms - but because it is injecting politics in a place it should not be.

The biggest problem: when Palin came out onto the Wachovia Center ice Saturday night - greeted by resounding (almost deafening) boos from the Flyers crowd - the two hockey players who had no choice but to appear with her in that photo op were turned into props in a political campaign.

...The level of discomfort has been palpable for the Rangers' two Alaska natives, Gomez and Brandon Dubinsky, as they have been asked questions about Palin and the election in recent weeks. Dubinsky, a 22-year-old who has shied away from nothing since he broke in with the Rangers last year, looks petrified when the topic is brought up. I think both would rather play goalie in a shootout than weigh in on the presidential election.

Poor guys. Immortalized on tape with the unlawful governor.

LOL!
I was just gonna post this myself! Great minds think alike, huh??  ;)

Anyway....lol! She got what she's been dishing out...hate. Hockey fans don't like this hockey mom, that's for sure!

Hockey is not Nascar.
Talk about Icing a game.  Lowe's Motor Speed Way she might have had a better result.

If I make sense? it was quite by accident.

Look in the right hand corner in the crowd
You can see a guy with an Obama sign and fans giving the thumbs down.

Yup
Hilarious, I live in Philly and my brother was telling me about her going to the game, and we both just knew they were gonna boo her. Hockey mom or not, Philly ain't havin' it.

While Todd didn't get boo'd
The First Dude was more of a "First DUD"...

The comments are pretty good.

I was watching WCSH at 6pm- leadoff story was local reaction to the Dow losing 1800 points this week, second was that 150 people are going to lose their jobs due to a partial shutdown at a paper mill, then Todd Palin in Palmyra (pronounced "Pal-Myra", like describing a friend). And it was a short, insignifigant story like a "fill piece", quickly reported and on to the next.

Palin is squeaky clean??
Maybe squeaky.
And just how many moose have you hunted in Maine this year Louise?

[ Parent ]
Chocolate mousse, maybe!
but I'm the sole non-hunter in my family. Even the women (mom, aunts, and grandmother before she died) shoot deer, up into their 70s and 80s!

Back in 1980 when I was 15, my dad got me a hunting license because it was the final year where you could have one and be "grandfathered in"- ie, not have to take hunting safety courses before your first hunting license was issued.

I balked, saying I had no intention of EVER shooting anything- it remains the only year I've had a hunting license. Years later, Charlie (who won marksman awards in the Army) taught me how to shoot targets- I can hit up to 6 inches of bulls' eye consistantly as far as 100 yds. Perfect at 50 yds.

Still won't shoot, though.

wow
the first dude doesn't speak particularly well and doesn't seem very inspiring.  but then, I don't understand why the spouses of candidates (especially those who don't have any particular expertise in major issues) are doing stump speeches.

[ Parent ]
I have to be honest
that the audio was so poor that I couldn't tell if it was booing or cheering.  It just sounded noisy to me.

Lurleen on Twitter.

It's hard to hear it
but try this link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...
You can hear it especially at the beginning when they announce her.

[ Parent ]
She was booed...
...so they've cued in the music to drowned it out. Nice.

Guess Philly is now a lost cause for the Straight Talk Express.

[ Parent ]
Big Fan
I'm sure the Flyers owner ordered it because he's a big fan and contributor of McPalins.

[ Parent ]
cheers to me
Sorry, but it sounded like cheering to me.

The woman is an unconscionable moronic neo-fascist hatemonger. But it sounded to me like they loved her.

Hockey game
I just got home from a hockey game with my mother and sister.  we were talking about what we would do if they had the balls to bring Palin here.  I was hoping she was gonna skate out there to drop the puck.

I feel like the rink should be a neutral site, I don't want to see any McCain buttons or signs and others don't want to see my Obama signs.  I can turn it off for a few hours of skating and bodies being banged for my entertainment and get back to it in the AM.

Vote no on 8 and send money quick!

The worst part...
...is that knowing that the Flyers fans were certain to boo her (they even did it to Santa!), she dragged her seven-year-old daughter out there as a prop/human shield. She is a horrible, horrible parent.

Good point
That missed me altogether until you mentioned it, johnb. UGH.

and the right wing is complaining about the poor little girl getting booed
Booing Obama... Bad.
Booing 6 year-old little girl & daughter of Republican... Good!

Those damned leftists are attacking innocent little girls y'all

[ Parent ]
A Piece of the Action
I was really hoping they'd all start playing while she was still out on the ice.  Then, maybe a puck would hit her in the mouth, and she'd have to have her jaws wired shut for a few months.

Oh well, one can dream.

I like Bill Maher's description of Palin:
"honky mom."

Cynic, n.  A blackguard whose faulty vision sees things as they are, not as they ought to be.
