I guess these were the folks Palin was talking about in her "pro-America" comments that day. As a history teacher, I often wonder what these whackos would do to Thomas Jefferson if he were to come back and they were to truly know where he stood. Just a thought.

McSame and Bible Spice know exactly what they are doing.  They know they are whipping up their supporters.  The calling Obama a terrorist hasn't stopped.  McSame/Bible Spice have a robo-ad out bringing up the William Ayers crap still.
here is a transcript of the ad.

civilized people. If it were not for us, society would not move forward and prosper. Don't sink down to this level...but do learn from it. And be proud of yourselves that you are so far above this behavior, even though sometimes it would feel good to sink down a bit...even if it's just for a moment.

The tipping point I think is when Congressional races are massively damaged

Then the Party will tell Palin/McCain to step this down about 500 notches from full scale race war.

They are damaged, McCain/Palin are the last hope to prevent...

Democratic control in Washington DC.  Right now the way it looks is a 59 to 41 majority in the senate and 248 to 185 in the house.  Less than a month ago the senate was 55 to 45 and the house was 241 to 193.  Let them keep this crap up, it isn't going to work and has failed them so far.

To anyone who doesn't think McCain/Palin look bleek, North Dakota is a toss-up state, a state that has not voted for a Democratic President in decades. But it isn't over and don't get relaxed.

You can add...

Georgia, Montana and Kentucky (yes Kentucky) to North Dakota. Judging by the trend lines on electoral-vote.com McCain has a tough fight on his hands in all three - his ratings are dropping while Obama's are on the rise. I wouldn't be surprised if they're all right down to the wire.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, a Nevada Democrat, and Sen. Susan Collins, a Maine Republican, made separate appeals to McCain on Friday. Collins faces a tough race for re-election and serves as a co-chairwoman of his Maine campaign.

I worry

Joe Killian is a nifty guy but more importantly not a small or lightly built man. Hes a big guy and pretty masculine, I really worry what would have happened if Joe was slightly built man or worse a fem guy.

I'm not planning on voting for John McCain but that doesn't mean I don't respect him as a person. If he doesn't take serious and strong steps to restrain his supporters soon his legacy won't be one he wants and history wont favorable or kind.

I hope for his sake and that of the nation that this sort of insanity ends soon.

David Dreier endangered of being unseated....YES!

"Dreier has been in the House since 1981. He has held his congressional district, which includes part of the foothills, since it was redrawn six years ago. In the Republican-leaning region, Dreier has turned backed a number of challengers each election cycle but faced a stiff challenge in 2004 from Democratic candidate Cynthia Matthews. Dreier's 53% majority was the lowest incumbent win for any state congressman that year.

Warner is also looking to take advantage of voter discontent with the national Republican Party.

"David Dreier doesn't reflect the true values of this district," Warner said. "If I happen to lose in November, and we don't plan on doing that, but if David Dreier should retain his seat, I'll be a little stunned. He hasn't been a good congressman. He's never really lived here, and he doesn't want to talk about the issues."

Polls Warner's campaign conducted show him and Dreier in a statistical dead heat. Dreier could not be reached for comment.

These people are acting like the Nazi Party when it first started.  They first started off with a huge nationalism...Thus the Republican Party acting so nationalistic crying U.S.A. as if they are the real Americans  And everyone not in their group was treated as this reporter was.  Scary stuff.

Robo Calls in PA use N*GGER

Where's your MOTHERF*CKIN denounciation of that McCain?

The third party call was interactive, and purported to be from Barack Obama himself. The call starts out reasonably, and then "Obama" asks what the listener thinks is the most important issue. As BarbinMD on Kos said, okay Susan- where IS this sort of thing acceptable? GAH. By saying it wasn't okay in MAINE politics instead of a flat-out denouncement, she showed her statement was PURELY aimed at winning over Mainers and was as disingenuous as ever.

BTW, Kevin Kelley used to be the news director at WCSH, who have done an excellent job of interviewing the candidates (well, all except Sarah...). Wonder what he thinks of the job Rob Caldwell has done this political season?
