Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

McCain/Palin mob: 30 cars owners find tires slashed after NC Obama rally; voters heckled

by: Pam Spaulding

Mon Oct 20, 2008 at 14:00:00 PM EDT

Sigh. This happened yesterday in Fayetteville yesterday. And only a couple of days before, a Greensboro reporter was kicked to the ground by another McCain/Palin patriot at a Bible Spice rally at Elon.
Someone slashed the tires of at least 30 vehicles parked outside the Crown Coliseum on Sunday during a rally for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama, authorities said.

Sheriff's deputies are investigating. The tires were cut while people were inside the Crown Coliseum listening to speeches, said Maj. E. Wright of the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

Sarah Revis, who lives on Wilkes Road, said the slashed tires left several women, including a single mother and a toddler, stranded and upset. At least four tow trucks were sent to move the vehicles from the Crown, Revis said. "This is an embarrassment to this city and to me as a citizen," Revis said. "I've seen women out here crying and men cussing. This is a crying shame."

Lynne Steenstra said she thought that the slashings were scare tactics designed to keep her and others from supporting Obama. Even though it cost her roughly $120 to get her Dodge Caravan towed and fixed, Steenstra said the act would not intimidate her from voting.

"It hasn't deterred us one bit," Steenstra said. "It has only encouraged us more. I just hope whoever did this pays the price."

You know this wasn't the work of one lone whack job. Unlike most of the recent McCain mobsters, these cretins are cowards who are unable to show their faces when they do their vile deeds.

UPDATE: More of The McCain Base -- people heckling early voters in NC

An account of what happened after the Fayetteville rally when two members of the press (the Washington Times) went to a local early voting site.

Photographer Joe Eddins and I headed over to the closest one and found a steady line of voters hoping to cast ballots early. Most seemed to be Obama supporters and several had come from the rally. Nearly all the voters were black.

Also at the polling site was a group of loud and angry protesters who shouted and mocked the voters as they walked in. Nearly all were white.

As you can see from these videos, no one held anything back. People were shouting about Obama's acknowledged cocaine use as a young man, abortion and one man used the word "terrorist." They also were complaining that Sundays are for church, not voting.

And get a load of the reception Obama received from another high-class McCain/Palin supporter while the candidate was at Cape Fear BBQ and Chicken in Fayetteville. It's below the fold.
Pam Spaulding :: McCain/Palin mob: 30 cars owners find tires slashed after NC Obama rally; voters heckled
The following is a compilation of pool reports from print, TV and wire reporters who accompanied Obama to the diner:

Obama arrived at the barbecue joint around 12:30 p.m., where an older and majority white clientele of several dozen were eating lunch after church services. Many patrons applauded as he walked into the diner, but Diane Fanning, 54, began yelling "Socialist, socialist, socialist - get out of here!" Obama did not look directly at her, as she was across the diner, but it was loud enough that he most likely heard her.

The gentleman next to Fanning, Lenox Bramble, 76, flashed an angry look at her. "Be civil, be courteous," he admonished her. Another woman, Cecilia Hayslip, 61, yelled back at Fanning (per Reuters), "At least he's not a warmonger!"

Bramble told Reuters' pooler that he wasn't voting for Obama because he didn't think he had enough experience. Bramble's wife, Kit, 75, said after meeting Obama, "He was very nice," but added she'd been a conservative Republican since Barry Goldwater's era and said she wouldn't vote for Obama.

Fanning said she'd heard that former Secretary of State Colin Powell had endorsed Obama but said that "Colin Powell is a RINO, R-I-N-O, Republican In Name Only."

Later, Obama came to the long table where Fanning and other members of a local First Presbyterian church were gathered. He held out his hand to her and asked, "How are you, ma'am?" but she declined to shake his hand.

How deranged are these sick people? Fanning went on to say that she still believes Obama is a "closet Muslim."

Remember John McCain is proud of patriotic supporters like Fanning. He told us so in the last debate.

Can you say "Voter intimidation"?
I think the local Republican party should have to replace those tires, preferably with tires made right there at the local Goodyear factory in Fayetteville.  Country First, doncha know.

When they find the person(s) responsible.....
there should be a special exception to revoke their drivers license(s) for at least a year.

If these nuts want to act all beligerent towards other drivers, they should be treated as such.  Let them experience the burden of having to find a chauffeur.  The Humvee can stay parked in the driveway LOL

ANTI- PALIN video with talking moose from Move On...LOL!

If these F*CKIN THUGS think slashing tires makes folks like McLOSER...they'd be REALLY mistaken

RINO
Fanning said she'd heard that former Secretary of State Colin Powell had endorsed Obama but said that "Colin Powell is a RINO, R-I-N-O, Republican In Name Only."

Isn't it hilarious that these guys are the same people who claim "gay people abuse the 'ex-gays' when they 'leave the homosexual lifestyle'" (trying to make gay people look violent and stalky towards the "ex-gays" - as if!) - yet when one of their own leaves their cult or defies them, they rip him or her to shreds in the most violent way?

Project much?

He's always been considered a RINO on social issues
I never got the impression that he wanted to restrict gay rights outside the military. Nor is he rabidly anti-sex ed and anti-contraception, though for all I know he might be anti-abortion (if he is, I'd guess that he would have exceptions).

Like all military personnel, he wants a well-funded military under the command of a competent C-in-C (POTUS) who deploys troops for a defined mission.

Cameras
I hope there were security cameras covering the area where the cars were. Over here it's generally assumed there will be a camera watching over any place like that so if anything happens the first thought is "hope there's a good clear shot on the video" - but we do have a HELL of a lot of security cameras! I don't think there's a square foot of central London's main roads that isn't covered by at least two or three.

i think the funniest thing to do at the NC polls would be to show up with a cheap ugly wig on
Let Liddy Dole know we are comin for her.
Get some funky old Salvation Army bargain bin wig, and put it up on your heads.
Maybe wear the wig in to vote, then when you walk out toss it in the air like Mary Tyler Moore....it's the vicious MN streak coming out in me.

One of the marches on Washington the MN contingent sang the MTM theme song and tossed their hats in unison.
we are a CAMPY funny tribe....... ain't we?

I'm speechless.
On a purely emotional level, if I weren't voting for Obama, just seeing the behavior of his opposition's supporters would give me a lot to think about.

It says a lot about what kind of person all the McCain/Palin supporters think the candidates are like if this is how they act when no one is looking.

Are y'all saving your BEST sheets to wear on Election Day?
props to the courage of the one Obama supporter standing right in the midst of those rabid f*cktards.

I'd plan street dances near polling places, get city permits
that would have the WORST psy-op effect on the McLoser fans, they HATE seeing us happy.

Intimidation mobs
I'm surprised that mobs are allowed to gather outside a polling place to intimidate voters. In Canada it is illegal to do any campaigning within a certain distance of a polling station.

It's illegal here in the USA, but that doesn't mean much if the local
police are sitting around eating donuts and ignoring the situation.

Shades of Elections Past
I keep getting the image in my head of Federal troops protecting people as they voted or tried to go to school.

It's very sad to think that that scenario isn't totally out of the question in 2008.

I hope these idiots keep it up,
The are causeing people not to want to be part of the McSame/Bible Spice crowd.  They are showing what it means to be a republican and people don't want to be associated with them.

Although the knifing of tires is way over the top, it is only going to get worse by election day.

Anyone want to guess which side starts riots?

If I make sense? it was quite by accident.

Just to be safe....
I'd at least suggest people to get one of those tiny inexpensive pepper spray keychains - ESPECIALLY in the case that you walk to/from a democrat or Obama event.

I'm not saying people SHOULD be violent and paranoid, but at least be prepared in the case you may get harassed.  Gandhi ain't gonna help you.

EARLY VOTING...from REED COLLEGE site.

FYI: As I was interested (for the first time) in details of early voting, I looked up a site.
This is a good one. EARLY VOTING INFORMATION CENTER. Here is link:

earlyvoting.net/states/abslaws.php

Each state is given a line and it is noted if they allow Early Voting or Absentee and whether an 'excuse' is necessary or not

Then here are the FAST FACTS, with each states details appended.

Fast Facts

31 states allow no-excuse pre-Election Day in-person voting - either early voting on a voting machine or in-person absentee voting.
4 states and the District of Columbia require an excuse for in-person absentee voting
1 state is all vote-by mail
16 states do not allow early or in-person absentee voting
28 states allow no-excuse absentee voting by mail
22 states and the District of Columbia require an excuse to vote absentee by mail

Then they also do research on effects of EV, that should be interesting to review after the election.

And I may go take the bumper sticker off my car...right now!

It's the Hammer of JUSTICE,
It's the Bell of FREEDOM,
It's the Song about LOVE between,
my Brothers and my Sisters
...All over this Land.

like i've said here before THERE ARE NO PRESIDENT SIGNS HERE
it's so different from Kerry/Bush, I think it's a quiet seething that may well help Democrats on the entire ticket.

Hunters for McShame?
A dead bear cub who had been shot in the head was found on campus at Western Carolina University here in Western North Carolina. The bear had an Obama campaign sign on its head. http://www.citizen-times.com/a...

Maybe, maybe not.
The police determined that it wasn't racially motivated or tied to the election--of course, a lot of people are still (rightfully) peery about it.
