Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Rick Warren and his message to gay folks with HIV/AIDS

by: Repeal8

Fri Dec 19, 2008 at 20:48:27 PM EST

With all the hub-bub about Rick Warren being a kinder, gentler, evangelical, I thought I check to see what his HIV/AIDS programs have to say about gay folks.

 Not surprisingly, it's not good.

For example, his HIV/AIDS Caring Community site lists this resource under "Recommended Reading":

"Walking people out of homosexuality
'More Than Words' is a compelling one-day conference geared to help you better understand homosexuality so you can minister to a friend or family member. You will learn how to respond to "gay theology," what the research really shows, and what your church can do."

Yeah, there's a bunch of other stuff on the site about loving the sinner but hating the sin, but the bottom line message from Warren's program is that gay = sin which leads to HIV/AIDS.

Don't forget Obama's spiritual adviser, James Meeks
Don't forget that Obama's spiritual advisor, James Meeks, says that "fighting AIDS without talking against homosexuality is like fighting lung cancer without talking against smoking."

I wonder if Obama also thinks you can't talk about AIDS without talking against blacks? After all, AIDS is tragically spreading faster among blacks than almost any other group.

"spiritual advisor"???
Sounds like someone who reads your tea leaves.  Oh--he's a Christian preacher?  Same thing.

I am not interested in picking up crumbs of compassion thrown from the table of someone who considers himself my master. I want the full menu of rights.  -Archbishop Desmond Tutu

Sorry, I don't have a clue what you mean
Sounds like someone who reads your tea leaves.  Oh--he's a Christian preacher?  Same thing.

I don't understand your point. Please clarify!

Thanks,

"Spiritual advisor"
is the way tea-leaf readers, palmists, gypsy fortune tellers, astrologers and their ilk used to advertise themselves, till the term got co-opted by Christian minsters.  It makes perfect sense, really, since they're all in the same racket.

MORE THAN WORDS conferences are being scheduled for 2007; if your church would like to host this event, contact us.

What is MORE THAN WORDS?

MORE THAN WORDS is a compelling 1-day conference geared to help you better understand homosexuality so you can minister to a friend or family member. You will learn how to respond to "gay theology", what the research really shows, and what your church can do.

MORE THAN WORDS goes beyond "talk" to walking people out of homosexuality. The complexity of homosexuality will crumble as you discover the root issues, explore the biblical record and witness the dynamic truths that lead to freedom from homosexuality.

Our churches, our schools and our culture are being bombarded with misinformation in order to legitimize homosexuality. Christians know that homosexuality is wrong, but many lack the knowledge and ability to refute the clever homosexual agenda. Millions of parents suffer silently with a homosexual son or daughter. Many pastors and counselors are ill-equipped to tackle the issue.

MORE THAN WORDS will get you to the "bottom line" where you can make a difference by witnessing the grace, love, and power of Jesus Christ who makes "all things new."

What Topics does MORE THAN WORDS Address?
If a Friend Says "I'm gay"
Loving and Reaching the Gay Community
The Pivotal Parent
Debunking the "Gay Gene"
"What's a Parent to Do?"
Untwisting "Gay Theology"
"They didn't teach me this in Seminary!"
Counseling the Homosexual
Preventing Homosexuality
A Biblical Bridge Out of Homosexuality
The Church: "Walking by Faith, not by Fright"
Demystifying Homosexuality

Murdering the Iranian PM
in violation of Hague IV is one of his compassionate answers.

Jailing gays for just being in a public space together for five years with hard labour certainly is, as he defended Peter Akinola of Nigeria who authored and lobbied for these laws.

This man is evil, simply evil.
How do you suppose our imprisoned brothers and sisters in Nigeria feel about the whitewasher of the crimes of their persecutor being Obama's kick-off for the "Change you can believe in?"

How do you supppose a Europe weary from trying to damage control US violations of international law and the fall out from these feels about Obama making an advocate of violating Hague IV by assasinating the Iranian PM his choice of "respected clergy?"

101 Probing Questions...101 Compassionate and Scriptural Answers

from Focus on the Family's Mike Haley

Almost daily we hear news reports that confirm the acceptance of homosexuality in our culture.  Homosexuals are adopting children, appearing as characters on television programs, taking vacations catering to an exclusively gay clientele, and  even seeking the right to "marry" their partners.  But is this acceptance healthy for society?

Few topics can raise so many questions so quickly. And for many readers, those questions hit close to home as they learn of the homosexuality of a loved one or close friend.

Here are the answers to the most often asked questions about homosexuality, fielded by an expert on the subject...and a former homosexual himself.

"Former homo himself"
Let's hire a hot male prostitute to entice this "former homo" into doing the dirty while filming it on secret camera.

There's no such thing as a "former homo." There are people who bow to social pressure and pretend to have been transformed into heterosexuals. I saw this word somewhere and it seems to fit here. Instead of calling them "former homos," let's call them straggots. For example, "Donny McClurkin is a straggot."

I'm a 58 year old grandmother. I can't believe I'm saying these things. You people are leading me astray!

Not a "kinder, gentler" but a more deceitful evangelical
Warren has supported the most oppressive non-Sharia acts against us, imprisonment and hard labour for JUST BEING IN THE SAME ROOM in numbers of two or more. He is a supporter of Peter Akinola who leveraged the Nigerian goernment to pass these measures. Warren has spoken up in defense of the Nigerian Bishops.

He cannot give the invocation without us at least protesting, our brothers and sisters doing 5 to 15 years hard labour in Nigeria for things like handing out HIV materials deserve that much from us, that we not let one of their oppressors gain noteriety and respectability here without our speaking up

these are the SAME mo'fo's who gutted ALL gay content from AIDS lterature
They also lied about the reliability of condoms, and pushed the IDIOCY of Abstinence ONLY unsex uneducation.
Where were ANY of these f*cktards demanding NEW DRUGS for AIDS, which is the fastest mutating virus we have? Bush only got ONE new AIDS drug approved which was in the works under Clinton...FUZEON, which costs 20,000 a year and has to be injected. My lover is one of about 4 people approved for the drug in the WHOLE f*ckin state, because he has exhausted all other HIV drugs.
The sons and daughters who will soon die in MASSIVE NUMBERS when all drugs FAIL, can look back to Abstinence ONLY which told youths DON'T USE CONDOMS, and your technical VIRGINITY is the highest prize, and if you women did anal sex 6 times more often to protect your hymen....well you can just DIE TOO.

What have you done today, to make ya feel PROUD?

MORE deaths will occur after Bush slinks out office from AIDS, than Iraq, Katrina, and Afghanistan

He's speaking at the King Center's Celebration
Rick Warren and AIDS
Tomorrow, 23 December, will be my 22nd Anniversary living with AIDS - not HIV, AIDS.

So I followed up on Repeal8's post with some additional details and POV. I would have posted a diary here, but it's too damn hard to translate from WordPress.

Here's my post:

http://www.miketidmus.com/blog...

It starts:

In a recent interview with BeliefNet, Rick Warren claimed, "I have many gay friends. I've eaten dinner in gay homes. No church has probably done more for people with AIDS than Saddleback Church."

In the same interview, the pop-pastor compared marriage equality for same-gender couples to incest, child abuse, and polygamy.

John Cloud, writing in Time magazine is understandably skeptical about Warren's claims: "So gays get to eat - sometimes even with Rick Warren! Then they get to die of AIDS - possibly under the care of Rick Warren's congregants. And when they go to hell, they won't be quite as far down in Satan's pit as other evildoers."

Knowing that, thus far, not a single one of the pop-pastor's gay dining companions has stepped forward to fill us in on how warm and fuzzy Ol' Pastor Rick gets after a glass or two of Merlot, and knowing Warren's intractable attitude toward a wide range of Americans who don't share his particular Biblical worldview, Pastor Warren's self-ballyhooed AIDS bravado rings hollow and merits a closer look.

We each passed 24 years with HIV
diagnosed with AIDS in 96, when my t-cells = 12

I'd like to know how much of the lies about condoms and abstinence ONLY sh*t warren endorsed. Did Warren ever work for NEW drugs for AIDS, which in Bush's eight years was exactly ONE...fuzeon, which was already in the pipeline under Clinton.
did Warren also help gut all gay content in AIDS pamphlets?

What have you done today, to make ya feel PROUD?
