Blend-o-licious endorsements...

The Christian Civic League of Maine's Mike Hein calls Pam's House Blend:
"a leading source of radical homosexual propaganda, anti-Christian bigotry, and radical transgender advocacy."

He is "praying that Pam Spaulding will "turn away from her wicked and sinful promotion of homosexual behavior." (CCLM's web site, 10/15/07)

Ex-gay "Christian" activist James Hartline on Pam:
"I have been mocked over and over again by ungodly and unprincipled anti-christian lesbians."
(from "Six Years In Sodom: From The Journal Of James Hartline," 9/4/2006, written from the "homosexual stronghold" of Hillcrest in San Diego).

"Pam is a 'twisted lesbian sister' and an 'embittered lesbian' of the 'self-imposed gutteral experiences of the gay ghetto.'" -- 9/5/2008

Peter LaBarbera of Americans for Truth Against Homosexuality heartily endorses the Blend, calling Pam:

A "vicious anti-Christian lesbian activist."
(Concerned Women for America's radio show [9:15], 1/25/07)

"A nutty lesbian blogger."
(MassResistance radio show [16:25], 2/3/07)

Pam's House Blend always seems to find these sick f*cks. The area of the country she is in? The home state of her wife? I know, they are everywhere. Pam just does such a great job of bringing them out into the light.

Laura Bush: hubby's core belief - freedom from illiteracy

by: Pam Spaulding

Sun Dec 28, 2008 at 19:42:27 PM EST

I'm not sh*tting you. Laura Bush went on Faux News Sunday to defend her husband's record and discusses the shoe incident in Iraq.
"It was an assault," she said. "And the president laughed it off, he wasn't hurt, he's very quick as you know he's a natural athlete and ducked it, but on the other hand it was an assault." In an interview with Fox News Sunday, Laura Bush said the only positive aspect of the shoe-thrower was that it proved the greater freedom Iraqis enjoy since the American invasion.

...Bush attacked critics who claim her husband's presidency has been a failure, arguing that the press has been "absolutely" unfair in its coverage.

"His inner core and his belief in freedom, and that means not just freedom from terrorism, but freedom from disease and freedom from illiteracy is what really is the basic of American values and that's what I think he's shown the whole time he's been president," Bush said.

Wow. What an awesomely batsh*t statement. How can she truly believe this, given the hundreds of thousands of lives affected by the Iraq quagmire, the disaster of the response to Katrina, the unconstitutional executive power grabs, the list goes on and on.

Damn Stepford wife
How about the housing crisis, financial crisis, Katrina, Iraq, Afghanistan, and the list goes on...how about that Laura?  Did you read any of that at the library?

bush
natural athlete?  oh really, I thought he was a natural something else

Laura Bush
is such a tool.

Fetch my pearls, I need to clutch them!

From the Cheap Seats.
Its funny, the only thing I've been seeing from the cheap seats regarding Bush's presidency is his pandering towards special interests groups and the Christian right at the expense of everyday Americans' civil liberties. I wish the Dubya she's referencing through her rose colored glasses would have made himself known, even once.

"How can she truly believe this..."
Simple. Her world is limited to white, Christian people.

"American values" is code for white privilege.

All of the Muslims and and people of color who have suffered most during the Bush presidency don't count in her world.

150,000+ Iraqi war dead? Nope. They don't count.

30,000 Katrina victims? Nope. They don't count.

I'm not even going to write about illiteracy. Today, literacy is so much more than just being able to read. Digital illiteracy is a much bigger problem than ever before. There are tens of millions of people in the U.S. who have never even touched a computer.

When you look for the bad in mankind, expecting to find it, you surely will.

- Abraham Lincoln.

What happened to the shoe thrower
Hands chopped off ?  No follow up in the media, of course not.

Same-Sex Marriage is good for the economy.

Last I heard
he's still alive, although he was beaten in prison. He also said he would do it again if he had the chance.

Fetch my pearls, I need to clutch them!

It demonstrates how free the Iraqi people have become
Under the old dictator they would have had their hands cut off for disrespecting the Leader. But now under Democracy they are only beaten.

[ Parent ]
Only Beaten?
Only beaten? I think we can agree the regime change has been positive in SOME respect, but saying that "only being beaten" is an acceptable improvement is sort of missing the point of so called "nation building".The occupation of Iraq hasn't been a cakewalk, nor has it been without scores of civilian casualties (the occupiers don't often stop to count). Obviously, there's still work to be done regarding the democratic process in Iraq, but condoning torture isn't exactly a pro-democratic stance.

if you, like her, drank
tequila-and-Zanax sunrises, you'd say shit like that too!

She must have meant
freedom from literacy...that's one freedom Dubya has always enjoyed.

laura Bush must have some kinda horse sh*t karma from previous lives
joined literally at the hip with Dumbya until death, and Barbara Bush as her mother-in-law.

F*CK if I was her I would have turned on the gas and napped in the oven before 30yo.

What have you done today, to make ya feel PROUD?

~Heather Small

C'mon, she MARRIED the asshole and stayed with him...
...what do you expect her to say?

Don't Worry Pam....
I wouldn't take anything Laura Bush says seriously. They've probably been plying her with Xanax since 2000 - either to keep her quiet or keep her in the dark. Can you imagine what her life must be like being married to that whack job? I mean the guy is a f**king sociopath. If anyone knows where the bodies are buried in that family, it's Laura (and the old lady - Barbara - too, but she's so evil, she gives me the creeps). Laura Bush is really not a stupid woman and probably knows more that we can imagine. But, really, what is she going to say on TV? I'll just bet she can't wait for her personal eight year nightmare to be over.

Line them up, George!
Hiding behind Laura and Condi's skirts...

Who next- Mama Barbara? She'll happily give us all a good scolding for smearing the name of her Georgie!

OMFG...
